Kids, Community, & Commitment: The young people of Newton County are our future, and my goal is to do all I can to ensure that their future is bright. Having lived in Covington for 30+ years, I have grown to love and appreciate our community and I want to see us flourish. As a band director and as a father, I truly care about making our corner of the world a great place for kids to learn and grow. Years ago, Susan and I had opportunities to leave, but we made the choice to build our family and our life here, and that decision has made all the difference.
